ICTNetworks (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Snaptel.io mobile application (“App”) and associated web interface (“Web Portal”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

1.1 Mobile Application

The Snaptel.io mobile app does not collect personal information directly from users. The app may collect non-personal device information (device model, OS version, app usage statistics) for performance monitoring. We use OneSignal for push notifications, which may collect device identifiers (tokens) to deliver notifications. See OneSignal’s Privacy Policy.

1.2 Web Portal

When using the web interface, we may collect personal information such as:

• Name, email address, phone number, and company details
• Login credentials (username and hashed password)
• PBX configuration data, call records, and account management details

1.3 Automatically Collected Data

We may collect IP addresses, browser type, and usage data (e.g., time spent in the app, actions taken).

• To manage accounts (Reseller and Customer roles)
